Edna Villalobos, 26, a beneficiary of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program from Brgy. Halayhayin in Pililla, Rizal Province, shares that she has long suffered from physical abuse at home. However, through the Family Development Sessions (FDS) she attends to as a beneficiary of the program and counseling with her husband, her sufferings have ended. 2014 Highlights: 366 livelihood associations organized

For year 2014 alone, the DSWD had organized a total of 366 livelihood groups, known as Self Employment Assistance Kaunlaran Associations (SKAs), in the CALABARZON Region.
