Job Opportunities

The DSWD Field Office IV-A is inviting all individuals seeking working opportunities along the field of social welfare and development in the CALABARZON region, to apply for any of the job vacancies (permanent, contractual or cost of service) at the Field Office. These vacancies include positions under the different programs of Department and positions at the centers and institutions managed by the Field Office.

Interested individuals are advised to access and review the details of each vacancy by clicking the most recent posting below. For each posting, the applicants will be routed to specific sites which list the details of the vacancies and how to submit an application.

All applications will be reviewed based on the principles of merit and fitness, competency and equal employment opportunity. All applicants are assessed without consideration of gender, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity, class, beliefs, political affiliation and any other personal circumstances.

Only applicants who will meet the Civil Service Commission prescribed Minimum Qualification Standards will be invited to undergo the Competency-Based Interview Level I.

Applications submitted beyond the deadline set will no longer be reviewed and those with incomplete required documents will automatically be disqualified and will be removed from list of applicants of the particular vacancy.
