July 26, 2025 – The DSWD continuously extends support to local government units (LGUs) in the CALABARZON Region as the number of families affected by the southwest monsoon and typhoons #CrisingPH, #DantePH, at #EmongPH reaches 94,384. As of July 25, 2025 (04:00 PM), the DSWD has provided a total of PhP 35.38 Million worth of assistance to the affected families through their respective LGUs.
The said amount of assistance is composed of food and non-food items released to LGUs. Majority of the assistance provided is family food packs intended to support the daily food needs of affected families.

Other than the provision of relief assistance, the DSWD Field Office IV-A, through its City / Municipal Quick Response Teams are also monitoring the status of and situations inside the evacuation centers. Activities include assessment of the situation of displaced families as well as provision of technical assistance to camp managers for the safety and protection of the displaced families.
As of the said reporting period, there are still 467 evacuation centers housing 16,718 displaced families in the region. A total of 7,338 of this number is from Rizal Province.
