July 09, 2025 – The DSWD Field Office IV-A assisted eligible beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) to avail of the expanded health grants (or the First 1,000 Days grants) using the Department’s i-Registro in a series of orientation sessions conducted during the first semester of the year to beneficiaries in 44 LGUs across the region.

The F1KD grant is an additional health grant provided to qualified 4Ps beneficiaries to support the nutritional needs of members who are pregnant or with children zero to 24 months.

Prior to the availment of the said grant, the household-beneficiaries of the 4Ps must update the status of their information in the Pantawid Pamilya Information System through manual updating or through online self-registration using the i-Registro.

The i-Registro is an online platform that can be accessed by all active 4Ps beneficiaries with national identification cards for a faster and easier way to update their information and begin receiving their grants.

To date, there are 3,656 4Ps households who used the i-Registro in the updating of their households’ information. Meanwhile, at least 5,000 4Ps households are already receiving the F1KD grants from January to March 2025.

The DSWD continues to encourage 4Ps households with eligible members to immediately update their household information to begin availing of the said grants using the i-Registro, which can be accessed at https://iregistro-4ps.dswd.gov.ph/.

Those who do not have access to the Internet, on the other hand, may contact their respective City/Municipal Links.#
