April 10, 2025 – The World City Colleges (WCC) is set to provide livelihood skills training on wig making to interested beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) from Brgy. Cuyambay in Tanay, Rizal. Last April 7, 2025, the WCC conducted an orientation to 4Ps beneficiaries in the said barangay for their wig making livelihood program.
As part of the school’s community extension program, the WCC, in partnership with the 4Ps Municipal Operations Office in Tanay, will provide a 14-day hands-on training on wig making. Depending on the performance of the participants during the training, they may opt to make wigs at home or be employed in one of their partner-warehouses.

According to 4Ps Municipal Link Irish Elona, this skills training will provide sustainable livelihood opportunities to the beneficiaries that will help them gain additional income to help support their families.
After the orientation, at least 25 4Ps beneficiaries have expressed their interest to participate in this livelihood program.
