A total of 25 residents of the National Training School for Boys (NTSB) received their National Certificate II on Hilot Wellness Massage from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in a graduation ceremony in Tanay, Rizal last August 9, 2024.

These residents attended the Hilot Wellness Massage course inside the facility from May 11 to 29 under the TESDA’s Mobile Training Program facilitated by TESDA Rizal and the Emperor International and Assessment Training Center, Inc.
