According to 37 years old Nimfa Gutierrez, having an access to water just a few steps away is a big relief compared to going to nearby barangays as they previously did.  She is one of the volunteer tap stand caretakers of the Kanlurang Calutan Water System Association (KCWSA) in Agdangan, Quezon whose water system project was constructed under the DSWD’s Kalahi-CIDSS program.  As a caretaker, she is tasked to ensure responsible and fair distribution / utilization of water among households.
