13 Quezon towns begin Kalahi-CIDSS 2nd cycle implementation

Thirteen municipalities in Quezon Province have started the second cycle of implementation of the Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (Kalahi-CIDSS) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) last August 2015.
