January 30, 2026 – The PHINMA Education calls for interested beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) to register for their college scholarship program for the school year 2026-2027 in their three (3) schools in the CALABARZON Region exclusively for the beneficiaries of the program.

The said scholarship program, or the ‘Hawak Kamay Scholarship,’ is being offered by the PHINMA Education as part of their partnership with the DSWD Field Office IV-A in providing opportunities for 4Ps beneficiaries to access higher education and later gain better employment opportunities for their families.

The schools offering the said scholarship program are the St. Jude Dasmariñas College in Dasmariñas City; Union College of Laguna in Sta. Cruz, Laguna; and Rizal College of Laguna in Calamba City.

Interested beneficiaries of the 4Ps (incoming first year college) may personally apply for the scholarship program in any of these schools, through their official social media accounts, or through these registration links:
