This new set of partnership focuses on enhancing the employability of 4Ps households and improving their access to health services to increase their opportunities to improve their living conditions.
These new partners include the National University (NU) Dasmariñas, University of Batangas, Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc., Technovative Training Center, Inc., and San Antonio Medical Center of Lipa, Inc.

According to Dir. Mylah Gatchalian, assistant regional director of the DSWD Field Office IV-A, the established partnership with these institutions will add value to the services delivered by the Department to the 4Ps beneficiaries, especially along health, education and skills training to better prepare them for their transition or graduation from the program.
For their engagement with the DSWD, the NU Dasmariñas and the University of Batangas will provide higher education opportunities such as scholarship, training, and community-based programs to strengthen the skills of 4Ps college students and improve their career readiness.

Meanwhile, the Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc. and the Technovative Training Center, Inc. both offer enterprise-based education training that focus on training, certification, and employment of learners through their partner-companies.
“With this partnership, we aim to help not only thousands but millions of learners so that these millions could give back to their community and contribute to a better country,” shared Engr. Jerry Web Muhi, the president of Dualtech Training Center, Inc.

The San Antonio Medical Center of Lipa, Inc., on the other hand, will provide medical assistance and preventive care to reduce the health-related financial burden of 4Ps families.
