C. Additional Qualification | ||||
1. | At least one year experience related to social work and program development; | |||
2. | Knowledgeable in technical writing and above average communication skills; | |||
3. | Knowledgeable in basic accounting/bookkeeping; | |||
4. | Capability to work in fast-paced working environment, under pressure and multi tasks; | |||
5. | Positive attitude to work and with minimum supervision; | |||
6. | Willing to be assigned in provinces. | |||
D. Job Functions | ||||
1. | Conduct monitoring visit, pay-out and provide technical assistance to program implementers; | |||
2. | Monitor the implementation of Social Pension activities, disbursements and liquidation of funds; | |||
3. | Prepare and submit accomplishment report on Social Pension; | |||
4. | Validate the list of un-served indigent senior citizens submitted by the LGUS and the list of existing beneficiaries subject for delisting and replacement; | |||
5. | Analyze the LGUs accomplishment reports both physical and financial; | |||
6. | Conduct meetings/dialogue with LGU partners on programs implementation, policies and procedures; | |||
7. | Review/assess various request from partners/ stakeholders and provides appropriate responses/ assistance on a timely manner; | |||
8. | Attend to walk-in clients, inquiries, requests and other related activities on social pension; | |||
9. | Acts on complaints from individuals/stakeholders; | |||
10. | Facilitate other concerns needing immediate action with completed staff work and other related as may be necessary. | |||
