  Assignment : Region Based, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
B.   Minimum Qualification Standards
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Experience : 1 year experience
Eligibility : None required
C.   Preferred Qualifications
1. Computer literate;
2. Knowledge, understanding and skill in family and child counselling and client diagnosis;
3. Knowledge in Human Resource Management;
4. Administering and interpreting psychological examinations;
5. Knowledge in Competency-based recruitment and Civil Service laws and rules on appointments and other personnel actions.
D.   Job Summary
Work in partnership with Social/Case Worker in providing psychological interventions to Families/Children in Need of Special Protection. Performs tasks related to Human Resource Management requirement of the Region.
E.    Job Functions
1. Available to extend intervention to households;
2. Provides counselling to families or children in need of special protection, as need arises;
3. Conducts diagnostic and therapeutic intervention to household beneficiaries of the program.
HR Functions:
4. Prepare announcement/actions regarding personnel matter;
5. Check/evaluates requirements of applicants or candidates;
6. Support/ensure the process of recruitments as part of the RPMO staffing  requirement and provide on the job support mentoring during capability building activities of field operations staff;
7. Facilitates administrative tasks;
8. Draft letters/answers/memorandums to queries;
9. Facilitate and provide TA in the preparation of Performance Evaluation Reports;
10. Collects/reviews/files performance evaluation reports;
11. Assist in training needs analysis;
12. Assist in the maintenance/updating of personnel files/records;
13. Accomplish performance commitment and appraisal;
14. Evaluation of staffing pattern and requirements for Pantawid Staff in the Regional Office;
15. Recommends plan for employee welfare and development;
16. Proposes plan for career pathing of Pantawid Staffs in the Region;
17. Perform other related tasks.
